Cheese and wine will be available between 5pm and 8pm
Do they have an alcohol licence? Eh? I don't get it. They spend their time sending threatening letters to individuals who don't have a TV licence. Seems to me that if they're flogging wine, they should be checked out for an alcohol licence. OK . . . except that they would presumably be giving away the wine rather than selling it[1], otherwise they'd just open the enormous and well-stocked bar, and even then the licence would be a matter for the CCA rather than Capita. Still, all anti-Crapita jokes are good, even if like so many outsourcing projects they don't quite work. ;-] Harry [1] That is, if this invite were genuine, which it clearly isn't. |
