Default Remote control conflict

Chaps,

I have a Philips LX8000SA home cinema and, now, a Philips 32pw6826 CRT tv,
but the remotes are conflicting badly (as opposed to goodly, I suppose).
There is no mention that I can see of changing frequencies in either
instruction book, so is there anything that can be done?

I've asked Philips but I've noticed they only answer questions they can
reply to in a positive manner. If the answer is "No, we ****ed up" they
don't reply. Perhaps there's a clue there.

Si

Go back to the shop and get them to help you.
Really I'm surprised that 2 Philips products conflict, I think their TV sets
not up to much from those I had in the past but always found their RCs to be
ok.

Maybe you should detail here just which functions you have a problem with
and model numbers of the remotes.
