Default Buying goods from the US

If you would like to take advantage of the weak dollar to buy goods in the
US but have encountered problems with getting US shops to ship
internationally or take UK credit cards then I can recommend using MyUS.com
(http://www.myus.com/) - they will buy goods on your behalf and then ship
them from their US warehouse to you cheaply and declare the value for
customs at half what you have paid in dollars. You can also consolidate
goods in their warehouse and they will then ship them by boat for a single
low shipping charge.

$135 a year on top of your shipping charges - you're going to have to
buy quite a bit of stuff to make that back, especially when you consider
the customs charges you'll incur and the added delay.

Apart from being illegal, great when they don't arrive and you have to
claim.

Avoid.
