my 3 year old 42" philips plasma has died
would like to use the reciever box (philips FTR 9965) that came with this with a replacement plasma as this has numerous inputs, picture in picture etc. it connects via what looks like a standard monitor cable - is this likely to work with plasma tv's with a normal pc type input. thanks for any comments. |

The output is VGA, so you may be able to use it with other displays. However, the infra-red remote control reception down the cable from the display to the receiver box won't work, and you'll have to point the remote at the receiver box directly. Dave |
