Well I can only speak of the Leeds branch and they are absolutely brilliant.

Prices are good, and if you can show cheaper at another store or on web,
they smile and beat it. Their extra warranty I would say is unbeatable, on
some items even give you it back if no claims made.

I took my 6 channel AV amp. back and they lent me one until mine returned.
In fact it had no fault it was me that had had used it wrong!
