to. As long as you pay for it, they will let you take stuff away

Internet retailers can be a mixed bag though. I for one think it's useful to
know if a retailer has good customer service, at least to the sales point.
Some can't even manage that!

Exactly my point.
I have bought a lot of kit from web traders over the years and this was
a serious cut above the rest.
Things change! I lost £100 to Techtronics having sent them a cheque as a
deposit for an interest free deal on a HDD/DVD recorder (when they were
a lot more expensive) - and lost it when they went under.
My post was just an up to date assessment which I hoped would be useful
to someone poised to buy.
