+RW is easier to use than -RW because of the quick start of +rw . +R
and -R are no difference to use.

That's only true if the recorder is designed to use both types due to an
intrinsic difference between the two formats. If it says -R then buy -R if
it says +R then buy +R if it says it works with both it's very unlikely
you will notice a difference.

You will if the DVD-RW is x6 and the DVD+RW is x8
