Even if my tv & projector didn't downscale and I had the HD Toshiba
DVD would the amp I've got between them potentially downsize the
signal if it's not full HD?


the current toshiba HD dvd player doesnt ouput full HD - even though it's
stored on the disc that way.
best it does is the 1080i.
